Packing Information
What an exciting time, and this time packing can be fun.
Your boxes will arrive to your home along with all the necessary equipment and instructions.
Assemble the boxes, use the tape and tape dispenser to secure the base. For added strength use the H method (you will be able to find this information on the ‘how to pack my boxes‘ guide).

Look at the packaging instructions, ‘how to pack my boxes guide‘ to see what should go into each box. Do not overfill the boxes so that they are not bowing at top, bottom, or sides and, the weight does not exceed the maximum 20kg requirement. Within your packaging will be bubble wrap for more delicate items.
We come to collect your boxes approximately 10 days before moving day.
- All boxes must be packed according to our instructions.
- Each box must weigh no more than 20kg.
- Boxes must be sealed and clearly marked.
For health, safety, and security reasons, our driver may refuse collection of boxes that do not meet these requirements. Whilst we would love to move everything, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of more personalised items such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, or other high-value electronic items, also jewelry, watches, or other valuables.
Especially specialist or high-value musical instruments or sewing machines. We recommend that these items are insured separately or transported personally.
Large or specialist items such as bicycles, surfboards, electric scooters, or musical instruments require advance notice and separate pricing.
